Most clients describe microblading as only slightly uncomfortable rather than painful. Before starting, we apply a topical numbing cream to keep you as comfortable as possible. The sensation is often compared to light scratching or tiny paper cuts. Everyone’s pain tolerance is different, but most people rate the discomfort as very mild. After the procedure, the area may feel a little tender—similar to a small scratch—for a day or two as it heals.

How Do I Know if Microblading Is Right for Me?
Microblading is ideal for anyone who wants fuller, more defined brows without having to fill them in every day. You may be a great candidate if you:

  • Have thin, sparse, or uneven brows

  • Want a natural, hair-like result that enhances your face shape

  • Are looking for a semi-permanent solution that lasts 1–3 years

Microblading may not be right for you if you are pregnant, nursing, have certain skin conditions (like eczema, psoriasis, or severe acne around the brows), or if you are prone to keloid scarring. If I Have Short Hair, Is the Price for Hairstyling Different?
No — our hairstyling prices are the same regardless of hair length. Creating a beautiful style takes the same preparation, products, and attention to detail whether your hair is short or long.


 

Should I Wash My Hair Before Getting It Styled?
We recommend washing your hair the night before your appointment, not the same day. Clean, dry hair with a little bit of natural oil helps styles hold better and last longer.

  • Do: Wash and blow-dry your hair the night before.

  • Don’t: Come with wet or freshly washed hair the same day, as it can make styling more difficult and reduce hold.

  • Tip: Avoid using heavy conditioners or oils right before your appointment — they can weigh the hair down and make curls fall faster.

Should I Have Any Creams on Before My Makeup?
No — please come with a clean, bare face and no creams, oils, or SPF. We will prep and hydrate your skin before we start to make sure your makeup lasts beautifully all day.

Can I Return My Brow Lamination Kit?
For hygiene and safety reasons, all brow lamination kit sales are final once the packaging has been opened. If your kit is unused and still sealed, you may return or exchange it within a limited time frame.

If you have any issues with your order (missing items, damaged products), please contact us right away so we can make it right.

Can I Return My Extensions?
For hygiene and safety reasons, all hair extension sales are final once they’ve been opened or worn. If your extensions are still in their original, unopened packaging, we may accept a return or exchange within a limited time frame.

If you’re unsure about the color, we recommend sending us a photo of your hair in natural sunlight before purchasing — we’ll gladly help you choose the perfect shade so you can shop with confidence.

We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24–48 hours in advance so we can adjust our schedule.

  • Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be applied to future appointments unless you reschedule on the same day as your cancellation.

  • Same-day reschedule: Your deposit will be applied to your new date (one-time courtesy).

  • Late cancellations or no-shows: A new deposit will be required to rebook.

  • Group or Bridal Bookings: Require extra notice — please contact us as soon as possible so we can adjust our team’s schedule.

This policy helps us respect our artists’ time and ensures availability for other clients.

What Happens If I’m Late to My Appointment?
We allow a 10–15 minute grace period. If you arrive later than that, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment. A new deposit may be required to rebook if we are unable to take you due to timing.

No — deposits are non-transferable and must be used for the original client who booked the appointment.

We understand emergencies happen! Please contact us as soon as possible. If you are able to reschedule the same day, your deposit can be applied to your new date. Otherwise, a new deposit will be required to book again.

Deposits can only be transferred once for a same-day reschedule. If you need to reschedule again after that, a new deposit will be required.t.
