• Groups & Bridal Bookings: Require additional notice to adjust our team’s schedule. Late cancellations may result in the forfeiture of all group deposits.

By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or attending a class with Raw Beauty Studios, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Bookings & Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and classes.

• Your appointment is not confirmed until your deposit is received.

• Deposits cannot be transferred to another person or appointment unless you reschedule on the same day as your cancellation (one-time courtesy).

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• 24–48 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules.

3. Payments & Refunds

• All product sales (brow lamination kits, lash lift kits, hair extensions, etc.) are final once opened or used due to hygiene regulations.

• Online courses are non-refundable once access has been granted.

4. Arrivals & Late Policy

• Please arrive on time. A 10–15 minute grace period is provided.

• Arrivals beyond this time may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, requiring a new deposit.

5. Health & Safety

• Please inform your artist of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or health conditions prior to your service.

• We reserve the right to decline a service if it poses a risk to your health or safety.

6. Independent Service Providers (Renters)

• Some services (facials, nails, cosmetology) are offered by independent professionals.

• Each provider sets their own pricing, policies, and booking process.

7. Results & Maintenance

• Results may vary based on individual skin, hair type, and aftercare.

• It is the client’s responsibility to follow all aftercare instructions provided by their artist.
